When showed to the cashier she was very sweet and apologized . When she got the manager jose he tried to refuse giving me my money back even though I gave him back the food. Not only was there a hair in my food my kids chicken was hard and dry and they wouldn't replace it. I finally hit breaking point and got my money back. My children and I will never be eating here againDecember 14, 2016
